This partnership of 15 public, private and voluntary organisations works in the London boroughs of Islington, Camden Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth on actions focussed on reaching and helping unemployed residents. The partnership has good links with employers.
The programme is delivered by the national charity Tomorrow's People, as part of a seven year £6.1 million scheme launched in 1999. Outreach work providing professional advice to the target communities is a guiding principle.
