A community-led regeneration partnership working to improve the quality of life for residents in the Hillrise ward. It is in the process of becoming a community enterprise, managed by trustees and a management committee made up of local people.
Priorities for the Network are to improve services for young people, upgrade community facilities, develop a community radio station, and support the creation of a childcare network.
A quarterly newsletter is distributed to all homes and businesses in the area and a major Festival is held in Elthorne Park during the summer. Public meetings are hosted by the Network six times a year to co-ordinate local regeneration activity and invite feedback from Elthorne residents.
