A major community based regeneration scheme covering an area that includes parts of Clerkenwell and Finsbury wards in the south of the borough.
£52.9 million was agreed by the Government in 2001 to allow EC1 New Deal to deliver improvements around crime, employment, education, health, housing and the environment over the next ten years.
