The many partnerships and regeneration initiatives underway in Islington bring together people from a range of bodies and organisations. They have attracted considerable resources to improve the quality of life for people in the borough through a range of programmes and projects.

You can get involved with them in a number of ways, and some fund voluntary and community projects to help achieve their objectives. The Islington Strategic Partnership for example has given £26.5m from the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund since 2001.

Involving your organisation with the work of a partnership may be a good way to help your group achieve its goals.

Some of Islingtonís regeneration partnerships run area based programmes limited to certain parts of the borough, while others focus on particular issues or themes and have a borough-wide focus.
